Riptide Broadcast Away Game

SAN DIEGO – For the first time this season, the Riptide will be broadcasting an away game. Listen live on www.WorldTalkRadio as the Riptide take on the Central Valley Coyotes Saturday, July 10th at 7:00pm.

The stakes are high in this game and San Diego really needs a win. This game should prove to be an exciting one and its something that the Riptide Fans do not want to miss. Mark lends his voice to the Riptide Fans for the fifth time this season. Mark has called the play-by-play for this season's home games. He is also the Director of Public Relations for the San Diego Sockers. Mark played collegiate soccer for the San Diego State University Aztecs. He hosted a radio show for three years on a University station in Santa Barbara, and most recently worked as a commentator for MLS on Fox Sports World.

World Talk Radio broadcasts several types of news shows ranging from sports to feng shui to cooking and even how to plan your wedding.

The Riptide continues on their two game road series next week as they take on the Green Bay Blizzard on July 17th. The Riptide lost to the Blizzard in Week 2, 67-49, but that was before San Diego went on its four game win streak. After taking on Green Bay, the Riptide returns home for their last two games. Be sure to help the Riptide tackle hunger and participate in the Food Drive. Donate food and receive $3 off the ticket price. The first 3,000 fans will also get free "Riptide Tackle Hunger" t-shirts.
