RimRockers to hold draft party November 3

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., October 27- Arkansas RimRockers' coaches, returning players and staff will host a live draft party on Thursday, November 3 at the Embassy Suites Hotel Athletic Club, located at 11301 Financial Center Parkway in Little Rock. The event is open to all season ticket holders and RimRockers fans. Season ticket holders may pick up their season tickets, and single game tickets will be on sale at the event.

D-League Director of Basketball Operations Chris Alpert and D-League Director of Communications Kent Partridge will conduct the draft, which fans will experience via a live web cast. In addition to the web cast, fans will see and hear interviews with newly selected RimRockers players as they are drafted. Live shots of the actual draft process with Head Coach Joe Harge will highlight the event. The draft party is from 6-9 p.m. with drink specials and food for purchase is available to all participants.

"The draft party officially kicks off the RimRockers season," Scotty Adams, director of marketing, said. "The opportunity to experience the draft and watch the coaches hand-pick players is a unique opportunity for sports lovers. We want a big crowd out [at the Embassy Suites] for this event."
