
RimRockers to hold "Rock The Block" party

Little Rock, AR. (Thursday, March 24, 2005)- Scotty Adams, director of promotions and events, announced the RimRockers will partner with First Security Bank to hold a "Rock The Block" party prior to the Championship game at Alltel Arena. The tailgate party will be held from 4:00-5:30 p.m. with ticket gates opening at 3:30 p.m. Free hot dogs and sodas will be served with the presentation of your ticket to the final game of the season.
"We think the tailgate party is a nice way to reward our season ticket holders and all supporters of the RimRockers," Adams said. "Anyone who loves the RimRockers and has their tickets to the game is welcome to join in the festivities. We expect a huge turnout for the Championship, game and a pre-party will be a great way to kick off the big event."
The block party will be held on the corner of Washington and Poplar Streets in North Little Rock. The Easter Bunny and Scooby Doo will be on hand for pictures as well as members of the Arkansas RimRockettes dance team.
The Arkansas RimRockers, owned by Larry Crain Sr., play all home games at Alltel Arena. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased through the Alltel Arena Box Office by calling 501-975-7575.
