RimRockers give away basketball fantasy package

Little Rock, AR. (Wednesday, January 5, 2005)- Scotty Adams, director of promotions and events announced the RimRockers will be giving away a "Basketball Fantasy Package" to one lucky fan at their January 14 game against the Texas Tycoons. The package includes a pair of tickets to a RimRockers game, an Arkansas Razorbacks game and a Memphis Grizzlies game of their choice. Also included in the package is an autographed basketball from each team.

"We are proud to be able to give away such a special prize to one of our lucky fans," Adams said. "Not only will they get to experience a RimRocker basketball game, but they will also get to see other great teams on the college and NBA level play as well."

Fans must register at Alltel Arena the day of the game for a chance to compete in a free-throw shooting contest at half-time in order to win the "Basketball Fantasy Package."

The Arkansas RimRockers, owned by Larry Crain Sr., play all home games at Alltel Arena. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased through the Alltel Arena Box Office by calling 501-975-7575. The American Basketball Association season runs from November to March. Playoffs will immediately follow.
