News and notes YOU need to know heading into Sunday's matchup:

- The venue hasn't hosted professional indoor football since the Frisco Thunder called the building home in 2008.

-Texas boasts two new quarterbacks - Brandon Crawford, an indoor/arena football journeyman and Richard Adkins from the semi-pro Arlington Longhorns, winners of three championships. Both will see significant time Sunday.

-CIF Rookie of the Year Michael Dyer did not report to camp. He's taken a new job outside the sport. A healthy Darius Fudge and Revs vet Jordan Brown headline the run game.

-Texas picked up former Wichita players LB Jason Catchings and WR Jarrel Kelley this off-season to boost both units. Kelley won Championships in Wichita in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
