Revolution Defeat the Gladiators 60-55
April 23, 2019 - Champions Indoor Football (CIF)
Texas Revolution News Release
After the Revs victory Saturday night, they move to first place in the CIF and are currently the only undefeated team in the league. They beat the Duke City Gladiators 60-55 by thwarting two last second throws to the end-zone after the Gladiators came back from a 34-12 deficit.
DB #4 Anthony Webb intercepted the last pass of the game from QB #15 Donovan Porterie intended for WR #9 Emmanuel Sanosi. As always, the Revs own #15, DB Frankie "The Franchise" Solomon Jr. found a way to impact the game in the one of the most important spots, preventing Sanosi from really having a good chance at catching the ball and setting up his teammate for the game sealing interception.
Next week, the Revs go on the road to take on the Omaha Beef Saturday, April 27th (Kickoff at 7 pm). As always, the official away game watch party will be held at Dave and Buster's in Frisco!
