New Jersey Revolution News Release

(May 9th)- The New Jersey Revolution added another strong win to their record as they crushed the Milwaukee Bonecrushers 56-32 at Trendmotors field, Mennen Arena this past friday May 9th. The fans were well entertained by an action packed game, the Rev It Up Girls dance team, F2K Entertainment DJ's and free giveaways all night long included t shirts, liquid lightning energy drink and a chance to win a Best Buy gift card and Barnes and Noble Gift card.

The Revs played outstandingly on offense with QB Mike Merritt leading the charge. Merrit used offensive weapons Collis Martin, Elliot White, Chris Drayton, Herman Barlow and Brandon Edmonds to his strong advantage. Upfront the Offensive line was led by Isaac Brockman, LLoyd Brooks and Andrew Billington. The offense is led by Asst Head Coach Al Forsythe. Defensively the Revs Mike Pielech, Mike Grasso and Sharik Carter provided a solid front as Gabe Robinson, Steve Hatfield, Yari Kozlowski, Jarod Pence, and James Degroot easily handled the linebacking and secondary posts. Sean Wachter and John Campbell played admirably as well upfront. The Revs "D" is led by Coordinator Moe Cooper. Coach Trev Marcks had the defensive line applying pressure all night as Milwaukee found it difficult to move the ball. Milwaukee is a very good team however and with a few plays here and there they could easily be a .500 team.
