Revolution to hold tryouts

New Jersey Revolution News Release

The NJ Revolution player tryout and Rev It Up Dance team auditions WILL still go on this Sunday, December 21, 2008 at 2pm.

The NJ Revolution player tryout will consist of the following:

- 40 yard dash

- 20 yard pro shuttle

- Broad jump

- L-agility

- one-on-one drills

The Rev It Up Dance Team auditions will be judged on: -Appearance (physically fit, confident, poised, a neat and polished presentation) -Dance Skills (versatile, crowd-pleasing, grace, style) -Showmanship (smile, eye contact, projection of positive support for team) -Personality (bright, outgoing, enthusiastic, professional, ability to be a "team player")

The tryouts and auditions will take place at:

Victory Sports Arena

425 Wild Avenue

Staten Island, NY 10314

The time of the events:

- Player tryout 2pm-5pm

- Dance team auditions 4pm-5pm

The cost of the events:

- Player tryout $60

- Dance team auditions $35

- Fans attending to watch -FREE
