Reserve League Match Six: Black & Gold Draw Dutch Lions FC in Eight_goal Affair

The Crew Reserves (2-3-1) battled to Dayton Dutch Lions FC (4-4-2) to a 4-4 draw at Miami Valley Hospital Stadium on Saturday. The Black & Gold were led by two goals from rookie forward Ryan Finley as Konrad Warzycha and Bernardo Anor each added a tally in the draw. A pair of called handballs against Columbus inside the penalty box led to two of the Dutch Lions' goals, both scored by midfielder Joel DeLass. Gibson Bardsley also scored in the match, while Shane Smith found the net for the second time in a 10-day span against the Crew. Smith's dramatic 89th-minute tally drew Dayton level with the Black & Gold, leaving each side with a point from the weekend.

The Crew Reserves return to action on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. ET against the Montreal Impact at the club's training facility in Obetz.
