Rome Renegades News Release
ROME, Ga.- Indoor football and racing unite as the Rome Renegades have added to their organization the sponsorship of a race car! Partnering with Murphy Motorsports, the Renegades car will run this race season at Rome Speedway beginning in May. The car is a 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and will be driven by Todd Murphy. Murphy has 22 years experience in short track stock car racing with many wins under his belt as both driver and crew chief. The Renegades car will be on hand at every home game beginning with the home opener, Friday March 24. Below and attached are templates of the car's graphics.
The Renegades welcome this exciting addition to the organization and invite race fans & football fans of all ages to come enjoy both on Friday. Tickets to the event are still available through the Forum box office or by calling 706-291-5281. Box office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Stay up to date on all the Renegades action both on the field & on the track at www.romerenegades.com.
