Renegades add two linemen

Rome Renegades News Release


ROME, Ga. - The Rome Renegades have re-signed offensive linemen Reggie Jiles and signed defensive line man Leon Moore. Jiles, 6-7, 330 pounds, started all 18 games last year at offensive tackle, and was a key part to helping the Renegades win the Atlantic Conference Championship and advance to the Indoor Bowl. Reggie played at Miles College in Birmingham, AL and is originally from New Castle, AL where he went to Gardendale High School.

Moore, 6-3, 260 pounds, is a defensive end who played last season with the Daytona Beach Hawgs, where he had a solid season that included four sacks and four forced fumbles. Prior to that Leon played at Appalachian State University where he was an all Southern Conference performer. Moore is from Winston-Salem, NC where he played at Carver High School.
