
Renegades acquire defensive back Da\'Shann Austin

OTTAWA â The Ottawa Renegades Football Club announced Tuesday that the team has completed a trade with the B.C. Lions.
The Renegades have acquired defensive back Da'Shann Austin in exchange for future considerations.
Austin, 27, is a five-foot-10, 182-pound American out of Northwest Oklahoma State.
"Da'Shann will come in and we will evaluate him after our pre-season game Thursday," said Joe Paopao, head coach and general manager of the Renegades.
The Renegades have a pre-game walk through practice at Frank Clair Stadium on Wednesday, before hosting the Montreal Alouettes on Thursday at Frank Clair Stadium (7 p.m. Eastern).
