The Anderson Heat will play the Marietta Storm for the second time at their Life University venue Saturday May 20 at 7:00 pm and the Heat are warmed up for the rematch.Marietta won the first ballgame 130-101."Their is not a team in the WBA 29 points better than this Heat team that has finally been assembled with the right chemistry" states the Heat officials.Leading the Heat is 6"9 guard Roy Patrick Binion who is averaging 30 points a game and 6"1 guard Octavius Thomas is averaging 9 assist. Thomas who played in the last contest with a huge swollen wrist blew past Marietta highly touted guard "Majic" Daryl Dorsey like an NBA prospect on a mission. Thomas and Binion now will have help with the arrival of 6"9 Shelton Ward,6"3 Antoine Knighton,6"5 Adrian Jones and 6"8 Willie Wilson. "I think that the NBA summer league and training camp prospects in the WBA this year are, no.1 Cartersville 6"6 guard Leroy Davis,then Marietta's Dorsey and Moon,but I think we have a few too in Binion,Thomas,Jones and Knighton" states Heat Head Coach Embry Malone.
