Indiana Ice News Release

INDIANAPOLIS-The Indiana Ice will face a familiar foe Friday night when they host the Muskegon Lumberjacks at Pan Am Pavilion for their second meeting in as many weeks. Puck drop on Friday night is set for 7:05 PM.

Indiana (12-5-4) hopes to build on a recent string of successes that has led the team to a record of 8-1-1 in their last ten contests, including a 4-3 victory road win over Muskegon last Friday night. Austin Kosack (2A) and Brian Pinho (1G, 1A) grabbed two points apiece while Tyler Pham, Patrick Newell and Jason Salvaggio each contributed a goal in a victory that included two power play goals and a short-handed goal from the Ice. Goaltender Jason Pawloski stopped 30 of 33 shots to capture his eighth win in his last ten starts.

Friday night's contest is "Ugly Holiday Sweater Night" from Pan Am Pavilion and fans who wear an ugly sweater to the game will receive a $3 discount on their ticket purchase as well as special $3 beer prices.

Indy's next two contests will be on the road. The Ice will meet the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders this Saturday night and the Youngstown Phantoms on December 27 before returning to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to host the Muskegon Lumberjacks on Monday, December 30 at 7:05 PM.
