LAST WEEK
The Rebels broke back into the win column with a pair of big victories this past week.
MON. FEB. 19 - In front of a near-sellout crowd of 6,904 fans for the Family Day Matinee at the Peavey Mart Centrium, the Rebels skated to a 7-3 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Kai Uchacz netted his third hat trick of the season in a four-point outing. Frantisek Formanek recorded two goals and an assist. Ollie Josephson (shorthanded) and Zane Saab also scored for the Rebels while Chase Wutzke earned the win in net. Red Deer outshot Lethbridge 41-23 and was 1-for-4 on the power play while Lethbridge was 1-for-6.
SAT. FEB. 17 - The Rebels fell to the Edmonton Oil Kings by a score of 3-1 for the second-straight night, this time at Rogers Place in Edmonton. Carson Birnie scored Red Deer's lone goal late in the third period. Chase Wutzke had another quality start in making 33 saves. Neither team scored on the power play as Red Deer was 0-for-6 and Edmonton was 0-for-5.
FRI. FEB. 16 - The Rebels fell 3-1 to the visiting Edmonton Oil Kings at the Peavey Mart Centrium. Kalan Lind scored Red Deer's lone goal of the game on a second period power play. Red Deer outshot Edmonton 31-30 and was 1-for-4 on the power play while Edmonton was 1-for-6.
TUE. FEB. 13 - Kai Uchacz had a goal and two assists for his second-straight three-point game as the Rebels ended their seven-game losing streak with a big 6-1 win over the Calgary Hitmen at the Peavey Mart Centrium. Jhett Larson and Ollie Josephson each had one goal and one assist. Samuel Drancak, Talon Brigley and Zane Saab also scored for Red Deer. Chase Wutzke made 31 saves. Red Deer outshot Calgary 34-32 and was 3-for-6 on the power play while Calgary was 0-for-4.
THIS WEEK
Just one game for the Rebels this weekend as they welcome the Wenatchee Wild for their only visit of the season to the Peavey Mart Centrium. Puck drop is at 7 p.m. It's the latest "Beer Night" with fans able to enjoy two domestic cans for just $10.

With his three-goal outing Monday versus Lethbridge, Captain Kai Uchacz became just the fifth player in Red Deer Rebels history to score 100 goals with the team.

CARPET ONE BOBBLEHEAD
The latest Red Deer Rebels Bobblehead, presented by Carpet One Red Deer, will be unveiled on Tuesday, February 27. Just 1,500 of these bobbleheads will be available to fans attending our Friday, March 1 home game versus Swift Current. Several notable Rebels Alumni - including this year's bobblehead player himself - will be in attendance that night. Stay tuned!
REAL CANADIAN SUPERSTORE JERSEY
The winning Rebels entry for this year's Real Canadian Superstore Jersey Design contest will also be unveiled next week. Since the contest was first introduced during the 2020-21 season, the CHL and Real Canadian Superstore have raised over $375,000 for President's Choice Children's Charity. Each year, fans aged 16 and under are encouraged to submit their jersey design. The Rebels will wear this year's winning design when they host the Calgary Hitmen on Saturday, March 2 at the Peavey Mart Centrium.
