Real Salt Lake Featured tonight on pair of local sports shows

SALT LAKE CITY (Sunday, March 27, 2005) – Real Salt Lake encourages media, fans and season-ticket holders to watch RSL defender Brian Dunseth and General Manager Steve Pastorino Sunday night on KTVX Channel 4's "Hot Ticket 700" with Wesley Ruff and Kent Rupe. Dunseth and Pastorino will provide an update on the final week leading up to the team's inaugural game. RSL Head Coach John Ellinger will appear tonight on Real Salt Lake's newest broadcast partner, KSL Ch. 5, on "SportsBeat" with Tom Kirkland at 11:00 p.m. MT to preview tomorrow's RSL training session at the Spence Eccles Fieldhouse at 10:00 a.m., the organization's first full-squad session in the state of Utah. The session is open to the public, with all media availability occurring after the session.

On Saturday, April 2, Real Salt Lake's inaugural game kicks off against the MetroStars at 5:00 p.m. MT at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.'s Meadowlands Sports Complex. The game will be televised locally at 7:00 p.m. MT, with a 30-minute pre-game show airing on KSL Television Ch. 5 at 6:30 p.m.

Two weeks later, Real Salt Lake's first-ever home game at Rice-Eccles Stadium welcomes the Colorado Rapids at 1:00 p.m. MT. Preparations continue for the inaugural season of Real Salt Lake, kicking off in April, 2005.
