Reading Express to Unveil New Uniforms

Reading, Pa. (February 16, 2011) - The Reading Express indoor pro football organization will unveil its new brand uniforms for the 2011 season this Saturday, February 19, during the team's Launch Party at Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. This marks the first time in five seasons that the Express will don a new look on the field. With the move to the bigger Indoor Football League for the 2011 season, the Express have made a similar step up with the new uniforms. The team is now sporting the Under Armour brand.
Meanwhile, the Reading Express will also introduce the players on the 2011 roster.
Members of the media are invited and encouraged to attend. Players, coaches and other team personnel will be available for interviews.
This event will include the opportunity for fans to mingle with the players. New merchandise will also be available for sale.
The Reading Express will also formally introduce the members of this year's Smokin' Hot Steam Team. In addition, the Junior Junction Hip Hop Crew will make its first public appearance. This hip hop crew is comprised of some Berks County's best youth dancers.
The Reading Express kick off the 2011 season on Saturday, February 26, against the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks at Sovereign Center in Reading, Pa. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.
Reading Express Indoor Professional Football will begin the 2011 season on Saturday, February 26, on The Reading Hospital Medical Group Field at Sovereign Center against the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks. The Reading Express are one of the most established franchises in indoor football. In five seasons, the team has amassed an overall record of 64-20 with four playoff appearances, two conference titles and the 2009 AIFA National Championship. In 2011, Reading will begin play as a new member of the Indoor Football League.
