RazorSharks to open training camp

Rochester, NY. The Rochester RazorSharks will begin defense of their ABA championship on Monday, October 16th as they open training camp at the Downtown MetroCenter YMCA. Head Coach Rod Baker will bring approximately 20 players into camp, including 13 returning veterans from last year's championship team. A full training camp roster will be released in the coming days. The RazorSharks raise the 2005-2006 ABA championship banner at The Blue Cross Arena before their regular season opener on Thursday, November 6th at 705pm against the Buffalo Silverbacks.

On Monday night, October 16, the RazorSharks will host their second annual "Select-A-Seat Night" for new season ticket holders at The Blue Cross Arena, the 11,200-seat home court for Rochester. Fans can stop in and purchase season tickets and watch the RazorSharks practice and scrimmage between 6pm and 8pm.

Any new fan who becomes a RazorSharks season ticket holder in the following two weeks will receive two free tickets to see LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers-Toronto Raptors NBA pre-season game at The Blue Cross Arena on Wednesday, October 18.

RazorSharks fans can save up to 30% on season tickets for the team's 18 regular season home games at The Blue Cross Arena. When purchasing a RazorSharks season ticket, fans secure their seat for all home games, have first option to buy playoff tickets, receive a discount on all RazorSharks merchandise and will have an opportunity to mingle with the RazorSharks organization at various "Meet the Players" functions throughout the season.

The RazorSharks offer three different season ticket plans in the arena, as well as the FINTASTIC Flex Pack coupon books. Pricing for all season tickets remain the same from last year's inaugural season ticket prices.
