Rochester RazorSharks News Release


(Rochester, N.Y.) - The Rochester RazorSharks (28-4) beat the Atlanta Vision 104-85 last night at The Blue Cross Arena to advance to the semi-finals of the ABA Playoff Championships - The Great Eight. Rochester will meet the San Jose Skyrockets in ther first semi-final at 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 25 at The Blue Cross Arena. The Strong Island Sound will meet the SoCal Legends at 2:30 p.m. in the other semi-final. The ABA Playoff Championship Game will be played on Sunday, March 26 at 2:00 p.m. at the BCA.

ABA Championship Game Pre-Game Ceremony Highlights

Rochester native and national recording artist Jimmie Highsmith, Jr. will perform "God Bless America" on his saxophone before the ABA Playoff Championship Game on Sunday, March 26 at The Blue Cross Arena. Danielle Hester will sing the national anthem, and the Genesee Valley Detachment Marine Corps League Color Guard will honor America and our troops in this time of war in a stirring pre-game ceremony.
