RazorSharks Host Rematch Against Halifax Rainmen

(Rochester, NY) . . . The Rochester RazorSharks host the Halifax Rainmen on Saturday, March 13th in a rematch of

their game on January 31st in which the 'Sharks lost 102-99. Lincoln Smith led Rochester with 17, while Desmond

Ferguson scored 26 points in the Rainmen's three point victory.

This past Saturday, in Maryland, the RazorSharks put up 140 points on the GreenHawks. Keith Friel scored 23 points

to lead Rochester to a 140-107 victory over the 'Hawks. Byron Mouton finished with 30 points for Maryland (2-10).

The Halifax Rainmen (9-4) are led by Tony Bennett's 20 points per game. The Rainmen's new acquisition from the

Manchester Millrats, Eric Gilchrese, is second on the team with 16.8 points per game, while Desmond Ferguson adds

15.7 points per game.

The RazorSharks' Jerice Crouch is among the league leaders in three categories including points (15th with 16.5 per

game), steals (5th with 1.9 per game) and assists (5th with 5.8 per game). Marlin Johnson leads the PBL with 2.6 steals

per game and is 7th in rebounds with 8.5.
