Rays Look to Clinch Division Finals Tonight in Game Four

For those fans not able to make it to Columbia for tonight's game, Bobby Hartin's Sports Grill will once again be the place to watch the game. Bobby Hartin's will be showing the Stingrays vs. Inferno game live on their big screen as the Rays look to clinch the Division Finals. Wear your Red and come out to Bobby Hartin's, located on the corner of Sam Rittenberg and Orange Grove Rd., on Friday Night to cheer on your South Carolina Stingrays! Hope to see you there.

Second Season Sub-plots

The South Carolina Stingrays dropped their first game of the series last night, 5-3 to the Columbia Inferno. The Rays still lead the series 3-1.

With last night's loss, the Rays are 0-5 on the road during the playoffs.

Travis Morin had two goals in last night's game giving him nine in the playoffs, tied with Marty Guerin for the league lead.

The Rest on the Quest

The Las Vegas Wranglers knocked off the Alaska Aces last night in game five, 6-3. The Wranglers will now play the winner of the Victoria vs. Utah series in the Conference Finals.

In the Northern Division, the Cincinnati Cyclones and the Reading Royals will play game six tonight with a chance for Reading to advance.

The Utah Grizzlies look to make it a 3-1 lead in their series against the Salmon Kings tonight.

Blast From the Past

The South Carolina Stingrays have lost five games on the road this year in the playoffs. With those losses, the Rays now have more road losses in the playoffs than any other team in ECHL history with 31. Next in line is the Wheeling Nailers, Pensacola Ice Pilots and Toledo Storm who each have 28 road playoff losses.
