Rattlers Welcome Paul Molitor August 4

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Baseball hall of famer Paul Molitor is coming to Time Warner Cable Field. The Milwaukee Brewers legend will be available for autographs and will toss out a first pitch when the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers host the Kane County Cougars on Tuesday, August 4.
Molitor began his professional career in the Midwest League as a member of the Burlington Bees in 1977 after the Brewers made him the third overall selection in the June draft. Molitor was the Midwest League Most Valuable Player despite playing only 64 games and helped the Bees to a championship that season.
He would go on to play in the 1982 World Series with the Brewers, and win MVP honors in the 1993 World Series with the Champion Toronto Blue Jays. Molitor's career total of 3,319 hits is the eighth most for anyone in baseball history. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004.
Molitor currently serves as the minor league base running and infield coordinator for the Minnesota Twins.
On August 4, the gates to Time Warner Cable Field will open at 5:30pm and the game is scheduled to start at 7:05pm.
