Raptors to take part in Festival of Fantasy

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rock River Raptors of the United Indoor Football (UIF) league announced they will be participating in the first-ever Festival of Fantasy on Saturday, Oct. 28. The Festival will be held in the north end of the downtown pedestrian mall from 10-12:30 p.m.

Raptor player Billy Cook and Vinnie the Velociraptor will be on hand to meet festival-goers and take part in the parade.

"We are always looking for new opportunities to go out and support those who support us during our season," said Tom Crow, Raptors' GM. "This is great opportunity for us to support the community and interact with our fans."
