Rapids Training Schedule For Week Of February 8

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Monday, February 8, 2010) - The Colorado Rapids have their second full week of training at Dick's Sporting Goods Park this week with 10 scheduled sessions.

The Rapids will have one more week of training at the stadium before their first scheduled preseason trip, heading to the Casa Grande Performance Institute in Arizona from February 21-27. Amidst their training in Arizona, Colorado is scheduled to play several exhibition matches against other Major League Soccer clubs. The details of those matches will be announced at a later date.

PRACTICE & PLAYER MEDIA AVAILABILITY: All training sessions during the 2010 preseason are closed. Media will be granted access to the final fifteen (15) minutes of each training session.

Rapids players and coaches will be made available following each practice and can be made available prior to practices if arranged through the Rapids Media Relations Department. Interviews will be done on the practice field as scheduled.
