Rapids' Season Opener At Chivas Usa Moved To March 26

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Wednesday, January 27, 2010) - The Colorado Rapids announced today that the club's 2010 season opener against Chivas USA at The Home Depot Center has changed dates.

The game, which was originally scheduled for Sunday, March 28, will now be played on Friday, March 26 at 8:30 p.m. MT.

The following weekend, the Rapids return to the friendly confines of Dick's Sporting Goods Park for their home opener, hosting the Chicago Fire on Saturday, April 3 at 2 p.m. MT.
