DONATE YOUR SOCCER GEAR AT THE RAPIDS' PASSBACK EQUIPMENT DRIVE!
At the Colorado Rapids vs. New England Revolution Match This Thursday, August 16th, 2007
7:00PM MT
Dick's Sporting Goods Park
Commerce City, CO Hi Rapids Fans!
This is Ugo Ihemelu, defender #18 for your Colorado Rapids, and spokesplayer for the U.S. Soccer Foundation's Passback Program.
This Thursday, August 16th, the U.S. Soccer Foundation and your Colorado Rapids will hold a Passback Collection Event at Dick's Sporting Goods Park prior to the Rapids game versus the New England Revolution at 7:00PM MT.
Clean out your closets, basements, garages, and trunks and bring your new and gently-used soccer gear to share it with underpriviliged kids who would love to play the sport of soccer! The Colorado Rapids will donate all of the collected gear to local charities to benefit those who can't afford their own soccer gear!
The first 150 fans who donate soccer clothes, cleats, balls or equipment, will receive two FREE tickets to the Rapids vs. Chivas USA game on September 16th!
I look forward to seeing you at the game this Thursday, and don't forget:
SHARE THE EQUIPMENT. SHARE THE GAME!
Thanks!
Ugo Ihemelu
Colorado Rapids defender #18
