Rangers Assign Five Players to Wolf Pack

NEW YORK, September 18, 2013 - New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that the club has assigned forwards Ryan Bourque, Josh Nicholls, Shawn O'Donnell, and Michael St. Croix, and defenseman Brendon Nash to Hartford of the American Hockey League (AHL). In addition, goaltender Johan Hedberg has been released from his tryout agreement.

The Rangers now have 39 players remaining on their active roster, including three goaltenders, 13 defensemen and 23 forwards. The Blueshirts will return to action when they begin a three-game Western Canada road trip on Monday, September 23, at Calgary.
