Rockford, IL, June 2, 2009- Rockford Rampage and Raptors/Dactyls Soccer Club have reached a collaborative effort and agreement for 2009-2010. As part of the affiliation the Rampage will partner with the Raptors/Dactyls coaching staff to assist with the club's team training.
The Rampage is coming off an impressive 2008-2009 campaign where they finished second in the National Indoor Soccer League, reaching the championship match against the Baltimore Blast in a powerhouse league.
The Rockford Raptors/Dactyls Soccer Club is one of the premier soccer clubs in the Midwest. Club Directors and founders include Frank Mateus and Louie Mateus. The Raptors (boys) and Dactyls (girls) FC is one of the best travel clubs in the Midwest as well as the country. The club has won 1 State Cup Title, 3 Regional Titles, 2 National Title Berths and more than 225 tournaments in its 12 years of existence.
