Sha-Ron Edwards ran for 3 touchdowns and caught a pass for a fourth as the RiverCity Rage defeated the Cincinnati Marshals on Saturday night (April 22) by the score of 62-43 at the U.S.Bank Arena in Cincinnatti. Rage quarterback Clay Groefsema threw for 4 TD passes and ran for a fifth score as the Rage improved to 4-1 on the season and remain atop the Atlantic North division of the National Indoor Football League.Trailing 29-28 at the half, the Rage outscored the Marshals 34-14 in the second half to gain the win, and sweep the regular season series 2-0.....RiverCity defeated Cincinnati in the home opener March 26th at Savvis Center....the final score of that game was 76-34...... Saturday night, Edwards rushed 19 times for 91 yards.....quarterback Clay Groefsema was 19 of 29 for 155 yards passing...he was sacked once....wide receiver Hurtis Chinn, who caught 6 TD passes in the first game, caught 8 passes for 69 yards and 2 TD's in the win last night, but left the game late in the fourth quarter (carried off the field) with what was later described as a high ankle sprain...his status is being evaluated this morning.....Corey Bethany caught 5 passes for 44 yards, Moses Regular caught 5 for 36 yrds, including a 3 yard touchdown late in the game.......
