
Rage Sign Eleven Players From Weekend's Tryout

St. Charles, MO - The RiverCity Rage Professional Indoor Football Team has announced the signing of eleven players from their final open tryout held this past Saturday. Of the eleven, ten have ties to the state of Missouri with nine now living in the St. Louis area.
"I am really excited about not only the talent of these local kids but also their character," said Ken Stills, Rage Defensive Coordinator. "We are trying to build this team around local talent and to this point we are doing just that."
Although this was the final open tryout for the Rage, Coach Stills says that it is not too late to get noticed by the coaches.
"If there are still people interested in playing for the Rage they can certainly contact us," said Stills. "We would love to have more players in for workouts. They can feel free to contact the coaches any time."

The Rage will take the field for the first time in '08 with a preseason game against the Missouri Wildcats on Sunday, March 2nd at 3:00. As all Rage home games, the contest will be at the Family Arena in St. Charles. The Rage open their regular season Sunday, March 9th as they host the Colorado Ice at 3:00. The RiverCity Rage Professional Indoor Football team is a member of the United Indoor Football League. All Rage home games are played at The Family Arena in St. Charles, MO.
