RiverCity Rage News Release

St. Charles, MO - The RiverCity Rage of United Indoor Football (UIF) will have a new radio announcer for the remainder of the team's season. The Rage's current broadcaster, Brien Rea, has accepted a job in Lubbock, TX. Rea has been named the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Lubbock Cotton Kings of the Central Hockey League. RiverCity's current Director of Media Relations, Aaron McCreight, will step into the booth for the remainder of the 2007 season.

"We are happy for Brien," said Matt Jones, Rage General Manager. "He was offered a full-time position in Texas and we couldn't, with a clear conscience, put up much of a fuss. Brien did a great job for us this season and we wish him luck as he moves on in his career."

Rea was named the team's broadcaster this February and had been the lead play-by-play broadcaster, along with analyst Gary Baute, through the first eight games this season.

"Working with the Rage was a fantastic experience," Rea said. "I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to work there. Everyone there treated me with first class respect. I hope for nothing but the best for the entire Rage organization."

McCreight, the Rage's Director of Media Relations and Corporate Sales, will take over for Rea. He comes into the position with seven years of broadcasting experience in minor league and college sports. McCreight's first game will be this Saturday as the Rage head to Rockford, IL to take on the Rock River Raptors.

All RiverCity Rage games can be heard on their flagship, KSLQ 104.5 FM Radio, as well as KJFF 1400 AM Radio. All games will also be streamed on-line at www.ragefootball.com for the team's fans who live outside the listening areas.

Rage individual game tickets are now on sale and start as low as $10. Tickets can be purchased at The Family Arena box office, 2002 Arena Parkway, any MetroTix location, www.ragefootball.com or by calling the Rage office at (636) 896-4285.
