FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Thursday, June 25, 2015) - The Fort Lauderdale Strikers and leading South Florida radio station the Ticket are teaming up for a new soccer radio show, "Breakfast with the Strikers." The club's television play-by-play broadcaster Bruce Silverman will serve as host for the show, which will run Saturdays from 8-9 a.m. EDT on the Ticket (104.3 FM and 790 AM). "Breakfast with the Strikers" debuts this Saturday.

"The Ticket is excited to serve the soccer audience and to be able to give our local soccer experts a voice," said the Ticket Program Director Len Weiner. "We are looking forward to a long partnership with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers."

The show will include an in-depth look at the Strikers, as well as news and information from throughout the world of soccer.

"We're excited to partner with the Ticket, given its reputation and reach in Florida," said Strikers CEO Sean Guerin. "This region is a soccer hotbed and this show is good news for hardcore soccer fans, Striker Likers, and those new to the game."
