
Radar Vows to Ride Elevator Until 1,000 Playoffs Tickets are Sold

(North Little Rock, AR) - Radar, the award winning mascot of the Arkansas Twisters, will get on the duck elevator at the Peabody Hotel at 9am on Thursday, August 2nd and won't leave until fans buy 1,000 tickets to the upcoming playoff game.
Radar is the official mascot of the Twisters and has won af2 mascot of the year for the past three years. He will enter the elevator on Thursday morning and vows not to get off until he receives word that fans have bought 1000 tickets that day for Arkansas' first home playoff game in four years.
Fans can order their playoff tickets through Ticketmaster by visiting the Alltel Arena box office, any Ticketmaster location, or ww.arkansastwisters.com.
Radar is riding the elevator to get fans to purchase tickets for the playoff game on August 4th at Alltel Arena. The Twisters are playing the Bossier-Shreveport Battle Wings in the first round of the ArenaCup Playoffs. It's the first home playoff game since 2003 and the Twisters have made the playoffs for the fourth time in six years.
