KELLY SHOOTS FOR 30,000: Detroit QB ANDY KELLY needs just 120 passing yards to become the first-ever AFL quarterback to reach the 30,000-career mark. The Fury host the Georgia Force tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET. Kelly and New York' s AARON GARCIA are currently tied for the most career passing touchdowns (585).
Philadelphia QB TODD HAMMEL needs four touchdown passes this Sunday to become only the fifth AFL quarterback to reach the 400-career milestone. Hammel now in his 13th season, also needs just 214 passing yards to reach the 25,000-career mark. The former Stephen F. Austin passer and the Soul host Dallas this Sunday on NBC at Noon ET.

HALF CENTURY: San Jose has reached the 50-point mark in every game this season, the only team in the League to do so. San Jose leads the AFL in scoring at 60 points per game. The last time the SaberCats scored at least 50 points in every game (regular season and postseason) was in 2002, when they went on to win the ArenaBowl XVI title. San Jose faces defending champion Tampa Bay this Sunday on NBC at Noon ET.
NO PICKS: Chicago remains the only team in the AFL that has not thrown an interception this season. Rush QB RAYMOND PHILYAW has opened the season with 164 consecutive pass attempts without an interception and, dating back to last season, has thrown 190 consecutive passes without being picked off. Philyaw had not been sack until last week vs. Detroit, when he was sacked by Fury lineman CURTIS EASON and DUSTIN KEITH on the final play of the game.
LIVING IN A FANTASY: Entering this weekend's games, Las Vegas WR/DB MARCUS NASH is the top player in AFL Fantasy, currently racking up an average of 35.4 fantasy points each week. New to the Top 10 Fantasy List are Detroit QB ANDY KELLY (29.1 fantasy points/game) and Dallas WR/DB WILL PETTIS (28.6), who, with the Desperados, faces the Philadelphia Soul this Sunday on NBC at Noon ET in an Eastern Division match-up.

IN THE ZONE: Carolina's red-zone offense has been very efficient throughout the 2004 season, ranking second in the League with a 93.1 conversion percentage. In 29 trips inside their opponents' 10-yard line, the Cobras have scored 24 touchdowns and three field goals. This Sunday at Noon ET on NBC, Carolina host Eastern Division rival New York, which is tied for first in red-zone defense (74.3 percent, tie with Philadelphia). The Dragons have allowed opponents to score 26 times on 35 attempts.

FLEMING STREAK CONTINUES: When Orlando travels to Columbus to face the Destroyers this Sunday, Predators WR/LB CORY FLEMING will look to extend his touchdown-reception streak to 17. With two scoring catches against Las Vegas last Saturday, the former Tennessee Volunteer has caught at least one touchdown pass in 16 consecutive games with Orlando. Overall, Fleming has scored at least one touchdown in 22-of-24 career games with Orlando. His 112-yard receiving performance marked the third 100-yard game of the season, his ninth with the Predators and 31st in his AFL career.
