EVANSTON, IL - Professional Sports Catering, LLC, (PSC) in conjunction with the Mississippi Braves, announced a partnership today at Trustmark Park (Southern League, Double-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves). PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation at Trustmark Park, including concessions, catering and staffing for every event at the ballpark.
"The Braves are a tremendous organization with over three decades of success in the Southern League, 12 of those years in Mississippi," said Tom Dickson, CEO of PSC. "We are excited about this partnership and the opportunity to provide fresh quality food and top-notch service to Mississippi Braves fans."
PSC and the Braves organization are enacting a series of upgrades throughout the park that include new specialty food carts, revitalized branded food options, and most importantly, all food items cooked fresh in front of fans. PSC's service oriented approach has resulted in one of the fastest growing food service providers in sports. PSC's commitment to its core operating principles has allowed it to become one of the largest in Minor League Baseball.
"The Mississippi Braves baseball team is very excited to be able to partner with Professional Sports Catering. We look forward to their expertise in the field of food and beverages in sports venues, as well as look forward to the positive changes they will bring to our operation," said Steve DeSalvo, Mississippi Braves General Manager. "We anticipate a 'new look' to our concessions at Trustmark Park, with exciting changes, upgrades, and menu options. We know that our fans will enjoy this new experience."
