Princeton Devil Rays announce 9th annual Youth Clinic

The Princeton Devil Rays ninth annual youth baseball clinic will take place on Saturday, July 2, 2005 at Princeton's Hunnicutt Field in Princeton, WV from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Instructors for the clinic will be P-Rays manager Jamie Nelson, pitching coach Rafael Montalvo,and hitting coach Manny Castillo as well as several players on the 2005 Princeton Devil Rays. The P-Rays are the Appalachian League affiliate of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

The clinic is open to boys and girls 7 to 15 years of age with each camper receiving a P-Rays Youth Baseball Clinic T-shirt (courtesy of Newberry Ford and the Lewis Agency), a Rays bat bag, and a special major league baseball candy dispenser. Pre-registration is encouraged as the clinic will be limited to 150 participants. All campers who have registered and paid in full by June 22 will receive their T-shirts on the day of the clinic. Cost of the clinic is $25.00 per participant and all participants who wear their clinic shirt to the July 2 game between the P-Rays and Bluefield Orioles will be admitted free.
