
Pride Opening Day Ring Ceremony Schedule Announced

(NASHUA, N.H., May 16, 2008) Nashua Pride officials have announced that the 2007 Can-Am League Championship ring pre-game ceremony will begin at approximately 6:30pm on Opening Day, Thursday, May 22nd, at Historic Holman Stadium.
Opening Day will begin with the championship ring ceremony, which will feature the presentation of the rings to past and present members of the 2007 Nashua Pride organization, by team owner John Stabile and his wife Ginny.
Following the presentation of the rings, the Nashua Pride will then hoist the 2007 Can-Am League Champions flag above Historic Holman Stadium.
Both the Nashua Pride and the Brockton Rox will be formally introduced along the first and third base lines respectively, by the new public address voice of the Pride, Woody Woodland.
Prior to the singing of the Star Spangled Banner by WCYN-TV13 National Anthem Contest winner, Denis Riendeau, newly elected Mayor of Nashua, Donnalee Lozeau, will throw the ceremonial first pitch of the 2008 season.
The Nashua Pride Professional Baseball Club, entering its 11th season, provides a fun, affordable, community-based and fan-friendly source of sports entertainment. The 2007 Can-Am League Champions will be participating in its third year of play in the Canadian-American Association of Professional Baseball.
