
Pride Announce Partnership with Cold Stone Creamery

(Nashua, NH, April 13, 2006) - Nashua Pride team officials announced today that the first 50 fans to purchase individual game tickets on Saturday, April 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. will receive a Cold Stone Original Creation ice cream voucher courtesy of Cold Stone Creamery of Nashua.
Individual tickets will be available to the general public at the ticket office located at Historic Holman Stadium. The Pride's regular season home opener is scheduled for Thursday, May 25th as the team will play their inaugural Can-Am League game versus the North Shore Spirit at 7:05 p.m. Tickets will also be on sale for the two home exhibition games on Friday, May 19th against the Brockton Rox and Monday, May 22nd versus the North Shore Spirit.
Bob Perry, Cold Stone Creamery of Nashua Co-Owner, is excited about the new partnership with the Nashua Pride, "Cold Stone Creamery of Nashua is pleased to partner with the Nashua Pride. As family oriented destinations, the Pride and Cold Stone share a number of common values in promoting a strong community through giving back to local charities. Cold Stone Creamery will open on April 22nd and will donate up to 50% of the grand opening proceeds to local charities. We are excited that Glenn Murray and Shag will attend our opening and that the Pride will be giving away certificates for free creations on their first day of ticket sales."
For ticket purchases prior to April 22nd, there are flex packages (undated ticket vouchers), group plans and season tickets currently on sale. Please note that in order to reserve your ticket to opening day today, you have the option of purchasing a Best Tix plan right now! For just $30, you get a reserved seat to five of the most exciting nights at Historic Holman Stadium. The Opening Night Special Best Tix package consists of tickets for Thursday, May 25th, Sunday, July 2nd, Thursday, July 27th, Friday, August 11th, and Wednesday, August 23rd.
The Nashua Pride, entering their first year of play in the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball, play their home games at Historic Holman Stadium. Prior to joining the Can-Am League, the Pride played for eight seasons in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, winning the 2000 Atlantic League championship.
