OKC Energy FC (7-5-6) faces Saint Louis FC (5-7-6) for the second and final time of the 2015 USL season. Energy FC enters play off three consecutive draws and winless in its last six matches. Since achieving a five-game winning streak from mid-May to mid-June, OKC is 0-3-3.
OKC forward Danni König tallied his league-leading 14th goal of the season in last Saturday's 1-1 tie with Tulsa Roughnecks FC. König has scored nine goals in Energy FC's last eight games, including OKC's last five goals dating back to June 27.
Saint Louis FC comes in off a 1-0 win over Toronto FC II last Saturday on a Toronto own goal in the 39th minute of play. St. Louis is 2-4-4 in its last 10 games, which includes a string of three straight 1-1 draws from May 30 to June 13. Jermie Lynch and Bryan Gaul lead St. Louis with four goals apiece, while Alec Kann leads the club's goal keepers with a 3-3-4 record and a goals against average of 1.10.
The last time the teams faced was April 25 at Taft Stadium, when goals by St. Louis' Jamiel Hardware and Mike Ambersley gave OKC its first loss - and only home loss - of the 2015 season.
Energy FC currently holds the fifth-place position in the USL Western Conference, three points behind fourth-place Sacramento and two points over sixth-place Tulsa, while Saint Louis FC is in eighth-place in the Eastern Conference, four points out of the sixth and final playoff spot.
