Presidents' Cup Finals Shifts to Allen Event Center for Next Three

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans are home for the next three games of the Presidents' Cup Finals, after earning a split in Denver. The next three games will be at Allen Event Center, starting with Game 3 tomorrow night at7:05 pm CST .

Allen is making their third Central Hockey League Finals appearance in five seasons, and looking to become the first CHL team to win back to back championships since the Memphis RiverKings did it back in 2002 and 2003.

"We're on a mission," said Allen Americans defenseman Daniel Tetrault, who came to Allen this year in search of a title after coming close a couple seasons ago in Wichita. "We have a great team assembled here with a lot of depth. We expect to win."

The Americans won a thrilling double overtime game last Saturday night in Denver to even the series at a game apiece. Jamie Schaafsma remains red-hot for Allen with back to back two-goal games, including the game winner Saturday night and now leads the team in goals overall in the post-season with 8 total.

Bruce Graham left Game 2 with a lower body injuryon Saturday night, but returned to practice this week and is expected to be a full participant in tomorrow night's Finals home opener. Graham won a title last year in Europe and returned to Allen late this season, making an immediate impact in the lineup.
