Orlando Predators News Release

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 2) - Eleven television appearances, including the first Monday night game ever in the Arena Football League's new broadcast agreement with ESPN, highlight the Orlando Predators television schedule for the 2007 season.

The Los Angeles Avengers at Orlando Predators game will draw national attention in Week 2. The March 12 game will be the first Monday night game broadcast by ESPN2, as part of a new five-year television contract between ESPN and the Arena Football League game. The ESPN2 crew will return to Orlando in Week 4 to broadcast the Predators game against the Dallas Desperados - a rematch of last year's National Conference Championship game won by the Predators, 45-28.

As part of the league's regional television package with Comcast Sports South / Fox Sports Network, the Predators will be featured locally on Sun Sports Network four times. Sun Sports will televise the May 20 Orlando at Austin game, as well as three of the final four games of the regular season - including Orlando at San Jose (June 1), Orlando at New York (June 9) and Georgia at Orlando (June 15). Sun Sports reaches more than six million cable homes in Florida.

Comcast Sports will broadcast the Orlando at Georgia game on May 4, the Utah game against the Predators on May 25, and the Orlando at Philadelphia game on June 21. Those games will be available to satellite dish holders who have purchased the regional television sports package. Brighthouse Networks cable customers in Central Florida will also be able to watch those games on Channel 21.

In addition to the national and regional broadcasts, Brighthouse Networks will broadcast both of the Orlando vs. Tampa Bay games in the Orlando and Tampa markets. Locally, the season opening game in Tampa on March 2 and the Tampa Bay at Orlando game on April 14 can be seen on Brighthouse cable channel 21 in Central Florida.

"We're extremely pleased with our 2007 television schedule," Predators President Brett Bouchy said. "In addition to the two national broadcasts, our fans will be able to watch key away games at San Jose and at New York thanks to FSN and Sun Sports. Because of Brighthouse Network, our away game at Tampa will also be available to our fans. We are also working on possibly adding up to two more broadcasts during the regular season"

Complementing the television package will be the Predators radio package with Clear Channel Communications. All 16 games will be broadcast on WQTM 740 AM "The Team" during the regular season. It will mark the 14th consecutive season Clear Channel has aired Predators games.
