Power Announces New Ticket Sales Plan For 2003 Season

New York, NY - The New York Power unveiled additional ticket purchase options for the 2003 season that will be highlighted by the new "Power Pack" voucher book. The book includes 10 ticket vouchers, providing fans with the flexibility of choosing any number of vouchers they would like to redeem at any game. Under the new "Power Pack" program, fans purchasing before February 14 will receive a free New York Power soccer scarf.
The Power also announced that the ticket prices for the 2003 season will not increase. The Power also added a $10 level ticket that will serve as the seating for the "Power Pack" voucher program and will be available for individual seating.
In addition to the new $10 ticket and the voucher "Power Pack," the Power will also be holding a sweepstakes through a mailing that entitles every Power fan to receive a free gift. Some of the gifts include NY Power Training sessions, 2003 season tickets, Power merchandise, autographed soccer balls and much more. Fans who receive the mailing will call in with their personal ID number listed on the brochure to redeem their free prize from the Power.
"The voucher program gives our fans absolute flexibility as to which games they would like to attend and offers the opportunity to give the voucher and scarf as a gift. The recipient can redeem any number of vouchers at any game, " said Power GM Susan Marenoff. "The sweepstakes offers all fans who receive the mailing to automatically win a Power gift with no purchase necessary. We are very excited to pass along the added value of the vouchers, scarf, $10 ticket and free gift to the fans of the New York Power."
The ticket vouchers in the "Power Pack" are redeemable through the NY Power ticket office or the Mitchel Athletic Complex box office on the day of the game. Fans who purchase a "Power Pack" book, which consists of ten (10) ticket vouchers by February 14th, will receive a free New York Power scarf.
Season ticket packages for the entire 2003 season are also available and begin at $150.
