On Thursday, the New York Liberty (9-17) fell to the Washington Mystics (17-11), 78-69, in the final game of their 2022 season series.

Three Liberty players scored in double figures in tonight's game (Howard, Ionescu, Johannès).
Natasha Howard finished with a team-high 17 points on 58.3% (7-12) shooting from the floor, including 50% (1-2) from deep, and a game-high 10 rebounds - her fifth double-double of the season.
Sabrina Ionescu finished with 15 points on 42.9% (6-14) shooting from the field, eight rebounds, four assists, and a steal - her steal with 7:14 remaining in the fourth marked the 50th of her career.
Marine Johannès came off the bench and added 12 points on 44.4% (4-9) shooting from the field, two assists, and two steals.
For Washington, Elena Delle Donne totaled a game-high 25 points, while Ariel Atkins added 16 points and six rebounds.
