Vermont Frost Heaves News Release

South Burlington, VT. All ABA Vermont Frost Heaves home games this season will be Webcast live and archived for podcast by PlayON! Sports as part of a partnership between the ABA and PlayON! Sports, a division of Turner Broadcasting.

In addition, affiliates of the Vermont Access Network in Barre, Burlington, Cavendish, Hartford, Hyde Park, Ludlow, Lyndonville, Montpelier, Newport, Plymouth, St. Albans, St. Johnsbury, Windsor and Woodstock will be able to rebroadcast Frost Heaves home games over local cable systems, and Burlington Telecom will make them available to subscribers as a video-on-demand option.

"When we launched the team, this is precisely the vision we had - to fill to the brim beloved old gyms with a terrific team and Vermont-based fans, and at the same time, use digital technology to invite the rest of the world in," said Frost Heaves President and GM, Alexander Wolff. "We're thrilled to be partnering with Turner and the ABA in this exciting development. With Coach Will Voigt's international connections and members of last season's title team now playing all over the world, we look forward to using the power of the Vermont brand to create Frost Heaves fans everywhere. And we're particularly happy that members of the Vermont Army National Guard deployed overseas will be able to follow the Heaves, as the Vermont Army Guard is one of our Official Team Sponsors."

The PlayON! Sports and Vermont Access Network rebroadcasts are presented by the Frost Heaves other Official Team Sponsor, the Vermont State Employees Credit Union, and produced by Video Vision of Barre. Fans who want access may click on the link at www.vermontfrostheaves.com or www.abalive.com.
