
Playoff Bound Flyers To Host Open Tryout In August

Orange County Flyers News Release
The Orange County Flyers, led by Hall of Fame Catcher Gary Carter, will host an open tryout on August 14th and 15th with the goal of finding undiscovered talent to improve their roster for a championship run. Currently, 3 roster spots are unfilled with the League "Freeze" on rosters approaching (August 18).
If you, or someone you know would like a chance to make the Flyers 22-man playoff roster, or earn a spring training 2009 contract here are the details:
What: Orange County Flyers Open Tryouts
When: August 14 and 15
Where: Goodwin Field on the Campus of Cal State Fullerton
Registration Fee: $50 Online Pre Registration
$60 Walk-Up Registration (Cash Only)
