Boston Breakers and U.S. National Team stars Angela Hucles, Kristine Lilly and Heather Mitts came together last last week to introduce the team to the city of Boston. Players took part in activities such as the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Boston Common, morning show interviews, visiting patients at Franciscan Hospital for Children, taking in some NBA action at the Celtics-Blazers game, as well as an autograph signing at the Natick Collection mall.
DiCicco's U-20s Capture World Cup
Breakers head coach Tony DiCicco added another World Championship to his long list of accomplishments after his U.S. Under-20 Women's National Team defeated North Korea, 2-1, to win the 2008 FIFA Under-20 Women's World Cup on Sunday.
