Name: Vaughan Ahrens
The Details: Twin Cities native Ahrens comes to the Magicians this year after playing his high school hockey with Wayzata in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). Last season with the Trojans, he posted a 1.43 goals against average (GAA) with a save percentage of .935 in 25 games. This season will be his first North American Hockey League (NAHL) action.
Did You Know: Ahrens was tendered by the Magicians in June of this year. He also participated in the 2014 USA Hockey Select 17 National Player Development Camp in New York.
