Pittsburgh RiverRats Sign WR Beau Gibbs

The Pittsburgh RiverRats of the American Indoor Football Association have announced the signing of WR/LB Beau Gibbs. Gibbs (6'4 239 pounds) a former standout at the University of Northern Iowa played WR in 2006 for the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL.

Prior to playing in Canada, Gibbs had workouts with several NFL teams following his collegiate career.

RiverRats Head Coach Shawn Liotta commented "Beau Gibbs will be a solid addition to our receiving corp. His frame, power, and athleticism gives us a lot options on the offensive side of the football. I look forward to him contributing toward our run at the AIFA playoff immediately."
