Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers News Release
Wilkes-Barre, PA - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers recently introduced a four-game "Flex Pack" as an alternative to purchasing the standard nine-game season ticket package.
"This is an idea we've considered implementing for some time," said Pioneers General Manager Rick Sneed. "Now, families who can't commit to the standard nine-game package have an affordable alternative."
Flex Pack seating will be offered in the Red and Yellow zones of the First Union Arena (upper and lower level end zones).
Once a ticket investor has enrolled in the Flex Pack program, he or she may contact the Pioneers ticketing department to reserve tickets for that week's game. The ticketing department must be contacted no later than two days prior to kick-off to ensure tickets for that particular game have been reserved.
If the Flex Pack ticket holder does not contact the Pioneers ticketing department, game tickets for that week will be released to Ticketmaster to be sold to the general public.
Prices for the Flex Packs are $50.00 per four-game package in the "yellow" zone (lower end zone) and $32.00 per package in the "red" zone (upper end zone). Flex Pack ticket holders may pick up their tickets at the First Union Arena box office or the Pioneers administrative office, located at 275 Mundy Street (Suite 203), Wilkes-Barre.
Flex Pack ticket investors also receive the following benefits:
- 10% off gate ticket price
- 10% off team merchandise
- Ticket holders have the same seat location for each game
- Ticket holders have their choice of seats when signing up for the Flex Pack
- Ticket holders can choose which games they would like to attend
For more information please call Dave Raspen, Director of Ticketing, at (570) 270-5811 or Tara Meyers, Ticket Sales Representative, at (570) 270-3848.
