North Division:
Jayson Newman - Pitcher/Infielder, Missoula PaddleHeads: After a 10-day stint on the injured list, Jayson Newman came back firing for the surging Paddleheads. At the dish, Newman went 13-for-24 with five homers while scoring six runs and driving in 10. On the mound, the righty pitched two scoreless innings with two strikeouts, racking up the save in Missoula's 9-8 win over the Voyagers on Wednesday. Despite the time he missed, Newman leads the PBL with nine homers and ranks eighth in extra-base hits.

The reigning PBL Player of the Year went 21-for-36 with two homers, three doubles and a triple while scoring 11 runs and driving in 17. Garcia drove in six runs on Tuesday against the Range Riders and then drove in six more in the Mustangs' 26-3 beat-down win in Great Falls on Sunday. The 26-year-old now leads the PBL with a .462 batting average and ranks second in hits and fourth in RBIs.
